The State of Alaska and Splunk

Since Splunk has customers across industries, I jumped at the opportunity to travel to Juneau, Alaska for this project. At the start, I could see a few possible storylines about the needs and benefits of Splunk products. It wasn’t until pre-production when I had an in-depth conversation with the subject of the video, Chris Letterman, that I chose to focus on Alaska’s budget deficit and how Splunk can empower small and lean teams. This story was even reflected in the actual production, which was done by a team of two: cinematographer, Roy Wanguhu, and myself.
